Working PrincipleWhen the pusher eye finds that there are bottles coming and considers it necessary for continuous production, the pusher screw starts to operate (the function of the pusher screw is to split the bottles coming from different distances from the new equal initial speed bottles). The bottle enters the core unit of the labeling system. When the pusher eye senses the bottle coming, the letter will be sent immediately. The information is transmitted to the control center PLC, and through the PLC, four instructions are issued successively and continuously: sending, locating, cutting and marking. When marking is finished, the process of marking a bottle is completed, and then the label is sorted and contracted.ScopeIt is suitable for all kinds of bottles of fruit juice, tea beverage, dairy products, pure water, condiments, beer, sports drinks and other food and beverage industries.
