FeaturesThe trough mixer manufactured by our factory has exquisite mechanism and beautiful appearance. It is suitable for mixing and even mixing powder or granular materials in pharmaceutical, daily chemical, food, chemical, dyestuff, pesticide, metallurgy, ceramics and other industries, and does not produce material dissolution, volatilization or deterioration in the mixing process.
The groove mixing machine body adopts stainless steel tank body, which is polished inside and outside for easy cleaning. The stirring spiral rotates, the two-way material turns to the middle, the outer spiral slurry pushes to both sides, and the two-way spiral stirring blade combines with the two-way spiral slurry, so that the material runs continuously in the tank body, and the whole seal is leak-free during the mixing process. 2. Mixing tank: The tank is made of stainless steel and is equipped with stirring slurry. It is horizontal on the stirring decelerator and the feeding decelerator.
3. Feeding reducer: Feeding reducer is located on the left side of the machine to control the positioning angle of the mixing groove. When working, the motor in the frame drives the worm through the chain belt, and the worm wheel drives the mixing groove to rotate in a certain range of usage, so that the material is poured out once.Instructions and precautions1. Before use, an empty-running test machine should be conducted to observe whether the components and devices are running normally, whether there is any special noise, whether the temperature of the reducer rises or not. If the condition is normal, the reducer can be put into production.
2. Dismantling mixing slurry: When dismantling and assembling mixing, first remove both ends and tighten the nuts, and then pull out the mixing slurry smoothly. When mixing slurry is assembled and disassembled, attention should be paid to its smoothness, and no hard knocking and prying should be allowed, so as to avoid knocking and bending deformation.
3. In order to avoid industrial accidents, tools should be used to shovel and scrape groove wall materials in operation.
4. If abnormal vibration or abnormal noise of the machine is found in use, stop immediately for inspection.
5. The operating load should not be too large. The working current of the stirring motor should be 6.8 amperes.Machine lubricationThe lubrication of reducer is oil-immersed. Before starting, 30 # oil should be injected into the left and right reducer. The oil quantity is half of the oil standard. The backing support is lubricated by oil cup, once per shift. To keep the oil clean, renew it every six months.
Maintenance instructions1. Check the machine parts regularly, 1-2 times a month, check whether the worm wheel, worm, bearing, shaft seal and other moving parts are working properly, and find out the defects should be repaired in time.
2. Remaining materials should be removed after one use or shutdown. If the shutdown time is long, the machine must be wiped and cleaned. The smooth surface of the machine must be coated with rust-proof oil and covered with a cloth canopy.Installation instructionsThe machine is packed as a whole. After unpacking, it should be placed in a proper place. It can be used after padding. It is better to fix it with foot bolts.Electrical instructionsThe power supply of this machine is 380V AC. Because of manual control and automatic control, the user should place the rotary button in the automatic control position when using the automatic control, and adjust the required mixing time. Even with manual control, the rotary button can be placed in the manual control position. Damage to transmission parts should be checked regularly to ensure reliable operation.
